In-House Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Clinical Research Associate II - FS (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams and study sites to support various trial elements
• Ensure proper reporting and follow-up of serious adverse events (SAEs) and compliance with regulations
• Conduct reviews of trial master files (TMF) and patient data to assure quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in clinical operations, including at least one year as an In-House Clinical Research Associate
• Participation in study-specific meetings and training as needed
• Proven ability to manage customer experiences and deliver quality results
• Prior experience with clinical systems preferred (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, EDC)
