Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, train, initiate, and close out study sites
• Manage study sites and ensure accurate data reporting and compliance with timelines
• Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for IRB/IEC submissions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare
• Previous experience in clinical research or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements is a plus
