In-House Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

Assisting with operational activities for clinical studies, the full-time In-House Clinical Research Associate will support site management and monitoring, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and maintains essential documents, ensuring compliance with good documentation practices
• Communicates and coordinates effectively with internal project staff and site personnel to address inquiries and support trial progress
• Assists in audit preparation and may support site activation processes and tracking of site training and recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
• Less than 1 year of previous clinical research experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
