In-House Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting clinical study operations, the full-time In-House Clinical Research Associate will assist with site management and monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assists with operational activities, including tracking essential documents and updating the Clinical Trial Management System
• Communicates effectively with internal project staff and site personnel to address questions and coordinate trial progress
• May support audit preparation, site training tracking, and feasibility processes in collaboration with clinical operations teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
• Less than 1 year of previous clinical research experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
