In-House Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

Assisting with operational activities for clinical studies, the full-time In-House Clinical Research Associate will manage site monitoring, ensure compliance with protocols and regulations, and support project teams in tracking trial progress, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and maintain essential documents for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal project staff and site personnel to address inquiries and support trial progress
• Assist in the preparation of study documents and track site training and recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
• Less than 1 year of previous clinical research experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally as a self-starter in a team-oriented environment
