In-house Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

To support clinical trial operations, the full-time remote In-house Clinical Research Associate II will manage site-related tasks, assist Clinical Trial Managers and field CRAs, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with feasibility questionnaires and coordinate study material shipments to sites
• Conduct remote monitoring and support field CRAs with Investigator Site File maintenance
• Provide mentorship and training for In-house CRA I and II team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience, such as study coordinator or research nurse
• Good understanding of clinical research principles and FDA/EU regulations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IVRS/eCRF systems
• Training in standard operating procedures and clinical research processes provided by the company
