In-House Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting clinical study operations, the full-time In-House Clinical Research Associate will assist with site management and monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with trial progress tracking and maintain essential documents for clinical studies
• Communicate effectively with site staff and internal project members to address inquiries and coordinate activities
• Support site activation processes and may assist in audit preparation and monitoring visits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline is required
• Less than 1 year of previous clinical research experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills are essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting are necessary
