Job Summary

Supporting clinical trial operations remotely, the full-time In-house Clinical Research Associate II will manage site-related documentation, assist with study materials, and provide mentorship to team members while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate study materials and assist with site-related documentation for the Trial Master File (TMF)
• Conduct remote monitoring and support field Clinical Research Associates with site management tasks
• Mentor and train in-house team members, ensuring timely achievement of site management deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience, specifically in CNS/Neurology
• Good understanding of clinical research principles, FDA/EU regulations, and ICH Guidelines
• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and standard operating procedures
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
