Job Summary

A company is looking for an In House Employment and Commercial Transactions Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on day-to-day employment law issues across a multi-state workforce
• Support the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts in a manufacturing setting
• Provide counsel on workplace issues and multi-state employment compliance

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience in employment law and commercial contracts
• Experience counseling businesses on workplace issues and multi-state compliance
• Experience with commercial contracts in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
