In-House General Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven In-House General Counsel & Advertising Attorney, this full-time remote position will provide strategic legal guidance on advertising compliance, regulatory risk management, and internal operations while partnering with leadership and marketing teams to ensure compliance and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-house legal advisor, counseling executive leadership on legal risk and regulatory compliance
• Review, approve, and provide legal guidance on all advertising and marketing materials across various platforms
• Develop and maintain internal legal policies and compliance programs while managing relationships with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active US Attorney Bar license
• 5+ years of experience in advertising law and contracts
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, contract law, and advertising regulations
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
