In-House Managed Care Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Managed Care Litigation Counsel for a remote, fractional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the managed care appeals process and minor managed care litigation matters
• Support ongoing managed care disputes and appeals involving payors and reimbursement matters
• Collaborate with internal in-house counsel and legal leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managed care litigation, healthcare litigation, or healthcare regulatory disputes
• Experience handling managed care appeals and reimbursement disputes
• Prior in-house healthcare experience preferred
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
