Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate product development and partnership agreements, including technology licensing and co-development
• Review engineering and product design specifications to ensure legal compliance
• Develop and maintain legal templates and negotiation playbooks for product development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating development and partnership agreements
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Outstanding references
