Seeking a full-time In-House Real Estate Attorney in Nashville, TN, who will manage purchase options, easements, and closings, providing legal advice that shapes project development in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site control and land use transactions independently from start to finish
• Conduct title and survey reviews, and oversee purchase and sale agreements
• Collaborate with project development, external affairs, and project finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of real estate experience at a top-tier law firm or comparable in-house legal department
• Substantial independent experience with purchase and sale transactions and closing processes
• Active bar admission in good standing in at least one state
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Professional references from former supervisors
