In-House Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a diverse hiring initiative, the full-time In-House Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions, attract and screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a fair selection process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience or experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is a plus
• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated adaptability in changing or ambiguous scenarios
