IN/KY Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing primary-care telemedicine services, the part-time remote IN/KY Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner will manage patient consultations, ensure compliance with medical protocols, and maintain communication with facility staff while adhering to telehealth guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols and standards of care
• Provide on-call tele triage and ensure proper documentation and patient consent are completed during telemedicine visits
• Establish and maintain positive communication with facility staff and provide necessary feedback regarding patient care

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current and valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indiana and Kentucky
• Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired
• All necessary certifications to perform responsibilities must be current and valid
• Knowledge of telemedicine practices and regulations governing healthcare delivery
