Job Summary

Engaging with inbound leads, the full-time Inbound Business Development Representative will qualify prospects, nurture early interest, and set appointments for the sales team while working remotely in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and manage recycled leads
  • Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for Account Executives
  • Own small projects that support pipeline generation and collaborate cross-functionally
Required Qualifications:
  • Entry-level experience in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality
  • Willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches for pipeline generation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of leads
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance outreach quality and efficiency
  • Motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a sales environment
