Job Summary
Engaging and qualifying incoming leads, the full-time Inbound Business Development Representative will connect with prospective customers through various channels and support Account Executives in scheduling product demonstrations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify incoming leads to assess their potential as users of the company's solutions
- Engage with prospects via phone, online chat, email, and text messaging
- Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new software
- Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive, team-oriented attitude
