Job Summary

Engaging and qualifying incoming leads, the full-time Inbound Business Development Representative will connect with prospective customers through various channels and support Account Executives in scheduling product demonstrations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify incoming leads to assess their potential as users of the company's solutions
  • Engage with prospects via phone, online chat, email, and text messaging
  • Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new software
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive, team-oriented attitude
