Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time Inbound Call Center Agent will manage inbound calls, identify customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls and document customer interactions accurately
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Meet personal and team targets while adhering to communication procedures and guidelines
Required qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Proven customer support experience as a call center representative
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
