Job Summary

Seeking remote, full-time Inbound Call Center Agents who will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, providing effective solutions and support while working flexible hours Monday through Sunday.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by handling inquiries and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
  • De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers and provide guidance through troubleshooting and product usage
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service delivery and document all call activities accurately
Required qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet environment with necessary technical requirements
  • Must pass a background check and comply with pre-hire assessments
