Job Summary
Seeking remote, full-time Inbound Call Center Agents who will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, providing effective solutions and support while working flexible hours Monday through Sunday.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers by handling inquiries and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
- De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers and provide guidance through troubleshooting and product usage
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service delivery and document all call activities accurately
Required qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to work independently in a quiet environment with necessary technical requirements
- Must pass a background check and comply with pre-hire assessments
