Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to support Veterans through their inbound call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
• Document call details in the system and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date on processes and procedures while resolving customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
• Two forms of valid ID, one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport
• U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
