Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to support Veterans through their customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Provide excellent service and document call details in the system
  • Build positive relationships and stay updated on processes and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 1 year of call center experience
  • Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
  • Two forms of valid ID, one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport
  • U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
