Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inbound Call Center Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and provide excellent service in a remote environment starting August 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
• Document call details in the system and solve customer problems
• Build positive relationships and stay updated on processes and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
• U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
