Job Summary
To support Veterans through an inbound call center, the full-time Inbound Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document call details while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Provide excellent service with a positive approach and document call details
- Resolve customer issues and maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and procedures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
- Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport
- U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
