Job Summary
To support Veterans through inbound calls, the full-time Inbound Call Center Representative will answer customer inquiries, provide solutions, and document call details in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Document call details and provide excellent service with a positive approach
- Resolve customer issues and build positive relationships with callers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
- Two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)
- U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
