Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners regarding product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting
• Create and update owner records, logging complaints and resolutions
• Utilize multiple systems to drive owner-focused solutions and provide feedback for training improvements

Required Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Ability to research and analyze data to make sound decisions
• Familiarity with web-based systems and multiple software applications
• Dedicated workspace for remote work with a reliable internet connection
• Internet speed requirements: Ping 50 Mbps or lower, Download 50 Mbps or higher, Upload 15 Mbps or higher
