Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
  • Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
  • Document all interactions and conduct follow-up calls as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a compatible computer
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Availability to work between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
