Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for inbound calls related to government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly customer service
• Troubleshoot tech issues and assist callers with equipment navigation
• Document calls and schedule appointments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education is a plus
• Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check
• Remote work setup with reliable high-speed internet and private workspace
• Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
