Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns
  • Clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions
  • Accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience working on a computer and with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
