Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns
- Clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions
- Accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience working on a computer and with Microsoft applications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
