Job Summary
Inbound Customer Service Representative, who will work full-time in a remote setting, managing inbound customer interactions and providing support for government-based programs while ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and deliver a positive customer experience
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and schedule appointments
- Document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience in call-driven environments

- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
