Job Summary

Managing inbound customer interactions, the full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative will provide timely support for government-based programs in a remote environment, ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate documentation of all interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and deliver a solution-oriented customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and schedule appointments as needed
  • Document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, especially in call-driven environments
