Job Summary
Managing inbound customer interactions, the full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative will provide timely support for government-based programs in a remote environment, ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate documentation of all interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and deliver a solution-oriented customer experience
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and schedule appointments as needed
- Document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Prior customer service experience, especially in call-driven environments
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully complete a credentialing and background check process
