Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting government-based programs, the full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative will manage inbound customer interactions, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and deliver a solution-oriented customer experience
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets as necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
