Job Summary

Providing essential support for government-based programs, the full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative will manage inbound customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls to deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets as necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
