Job Summary
As a full-time remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, the candidate will manage phone calls and various customer service tasks, ensuring timely and professional assistance while adhering to compliance procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, identifying caller needs and determining appropriate actions
- Document call outcomes accurately in the system and notify supervisors of unresolved complaints
- Support new hires through mentoring and assist with special projects as assigned
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial billing, and HIPAA regulations
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to learn and work within specific client requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
