Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent-Inbound Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide customer support for pet-related inquiries
• Offer assistance and reassurance to pet parents in distress
• Participate in on-site training for three weeks before transitioning to remote work if performance goals are met

Required Qualifications

• Must live in or near Tulsa, OK
• Minimum of 6 months call center experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a drug and federal background check
• Must have a quiet, designated home workspace for remote work
