Job Summary

A company is looking for a contractor to manage the Inbound Saves Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and emails, providing live agent support and updating donor records
• Implement and execute the Donor Saves program to retain donor contributions
• Produce regular performance reports and maintain high customer service standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in inbound telemarketing or customer service support
• Ability to handle donation processing via major credit cards over the phone
• Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering agent training
• Experience with database management and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
