Inbound Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Logistics Coordinator, who will manage inbound logistics operations and vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely support to vendors and carriers by managing inquiries and resolving shipment issues
• Oversee vendor onboarding and system access, including user setup and maintaining location data
• Collaborate with transportation planning teams to address carrier performance and ensure on-time shipments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, merchandising/planning, or distribution required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Experience with ServiceNow preferred
• Experience with NICE (formerly CXone) preferred
