Inbound Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Marketing Coordinator to assist in marketing and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 20 to 40 incoming sales calls daily to book meetings with sales representatives
• Make 20 to 40 outbound calls per day to follow up with inbound leads and schedule meetings
• Gather and enter customer information into CRM software and respond to sales emails

Required Qualifications

• B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Email and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce)
• Focused, energetic, and driven with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails (20-40/day)
• Creative thinker with the ability to analyze marketing challenges and develop solutions
