Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Marketing Coordinator to assist in marketing and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 20 to 40 incoming sales calls daily to book meetings with sales representatives
- Make 20 to 40 outbound calls per day to follow up with inbound leads and schedule meetings
- Gather and enter customer information into CRM software and respond to sales emails
Required Qualifications
- B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Email and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Focused, energetic, and driven with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails (20-40/day)
- Creative thinker with the ability to analyze marketing challenges and develop solutions
