Job Summary
As the first dedicated owner of organic channels, the full-time remote Inbound Marketing Manager will establish strategy, run experiments, and convert traffic into qualified leads by optimizing website performance, SEO, and AI-powered discoverability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize inbound user journeys from organic discovery to lead capture
- Run A/B tests on website elements to maximize visitor-to-lead conversion rates
- Collaborate on content distribution and ensure high-value content is optimized for SEO/AEO
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a focus on inbound marketing and SEO
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology environment
- Deep expertise in at least two core inbound areas, such as SEO, CRO, or web analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like GA4 and SEO platforms
- Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce
