Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound & Performance Marketing Manager to manage paid channels and optimize inbound marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis
- Manage the marketing website for conversion optimization and run A/B tests on landing pages
- Implement analytics and attribution systems to track campaign performance and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in paid channel management
- Proven experience in scaling paid channels and managing substantial budgets
- Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms for landing page creation
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Experience with AI tools and a strong experimentation mindset
