Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Pro Success Representative to join their Pro Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls from Pros looking to cancel or reduce their advertising spend
  • Use active listening to uncover the reasons behind cancellation requests and demonstrate the platform's value
  • Handle objections regarding lead quality, pricing, and performance to secure customer retention
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-volume sales and revenue retention
  • Experience with CRM systems to track customer lifecycles
  • Comfort using cloud-based telephony systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and explain digital advertising metrics to non-technical users
  • Demonstrated goal orientation and a drive to meet retention targets
