Job Summary
Managing inbound sales calls, the full-time Inbound Pump Sales Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, assist with the Patient Information Form process, and convert sales leads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to provide product information and support sales efforts
- Document customer interactions and manage the reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain up-to-date knowledge of diabetes care products and competitive offerings
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-year experience in a sales support role, preferably in medical devices or technology
- Knowledge of diabetes therapies and durable medical equipment policies
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
