A company is looking for an Inbound Reservation Agent - Central Reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with booking lodging, tours, and activity reservations
• Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Build rapport with guests and generate excitement for the properties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell
• Previous hospitality experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
