A company is looking for an Inbound Retention Specialist - Sales to support and retain small business advertisers remotely in the Eastern region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention
  • Consult and educate current advertisers through an inbound phone queue
  • Highlight ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with professionalism
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
