Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention
- Consult and educate current advertisers through an inbound phone queue
- Highlight ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
- Ability to handle tough conversations with professionalism
- Strong time management and organizational skills
