Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Retention Specialist - Sales to provide customer support and retain advertisers remotely in the Western region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and timely customer support to strengthen revenue retention
• Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while logged into an inbound phone queue
• Highlight investment returns through ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners professionally
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
