Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support remotely, focusing on consulting, educating, and retaining clients through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthening revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers
- Managing inbound calls to educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investments
- Utilizing strong listening skills to handle escalated client issues and adapt product recommendations based on client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details efficiently
