Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service remotely while managing inbound inquiries, consulting on advertising solutions, and demonstrating the value of Yelp's services.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting with current advertisers
- Educate clients on ad performance metrics and handle escalated issues with strong listening and conflict resolution skills
- Adapt product recommendations based on client needs while achieving monthly performance goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Ability to manage tough conversations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
