Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting local businesses, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, consult with current advertisers, and highlight the value of Yelp's advertising solutions while working remotely from the Eastern region of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely and exceptional customer support
• Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
• Analyze ad performance metrics to demonstrate investment returns and handle escalated client issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details effectively
• Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
