Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing client relationships, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional support to small business advertisers remotely, focusing on retention and consulting while managing inbound inquiries and demonstrating the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
• Consult and educate current advertisers on ad performance metrics while managing an inbound phone queue
• Handle escalated client issues with strong conflict resolution skills and adapt product recommendations to meet client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners professionally
• Strong time management and organizational skills
