Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support and consultation remotely within the Western region, focusing on revenue retention and client education through ad performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by providing timely customer support and consultation to current advertisers
- Manage an inbound phone queue, educating clients on the value of Yelp's advertising solutions and handling escalated issues
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals while adapting product recommendations to meet client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
