Inbound Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, consult with clients on their advertising performance, and manage inbound inquiries while working remotely from the Western region of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention
• Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers on ad performance metrics
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
